USA: what prospects for our enterprises?

Unindustria Reggio Emilia in collaboration with Confindustria Emilia-Romagna promotes a regional project of business development on the United States, in collaboration with Octagona - Bonfiglioli Consulting Group. The purpose of the meeting is to examine the opportunities offered by the U.S. market also in light of its evolution under the new presidential term.

Although the Trump administration's trade policy introduces elements of uncertainty in EU-US trade relations, it is crucial to identify strategies and tools that can enhance the product and service offerings of regional companies. In particular, in light of the tariff measures adopted by the US against other major suppliers such as China, Mexico and Canada, it becomes crucial to explore possible opportunities to strengthen the presence of Made in Italy and open new market spaces.

With this in mind, the project aims to provide participants with useful tools and knowledge to overcome possible tariff and trade barriers, including considering the possibility of expanding their presence in the U.S. by opening local branches.

The program “Hi Mech + F&B” is aimed at the Mech and Food & Beverage area sectors.

The meeting will take place online, through the Microsoft Teams platform, on the day. February 20, 2025, from about 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
