Fondirigenti, published new call for SMEs

New announcement published by Fondirigenti “G.Taliercio. The body promoted by Confindustria and Federmanager, in order to support the development of managerial culture and increase the competitiveness of companies, in fact, it published the announcement NOTICE 1/2013, aimed at supporting the competitive and managerial growth of SMEs and promoting the employment of involuntarily unemployed managers.

The notice puts the experience of the 2012 "PMI Project" into full operation, promoting the contents and methods of intervention of that experimentation; on this occasion, the overall financial allocation allocated by Fondirigenti amounts to 16 million Euros.

The Fondirigenti tender thus intends to encourage a financing method that is able to guarantee a series of training interventions for small and medium-sized enterprises and to support them in identifying the training offer that best meets their needs.

The tender is divided into three areas of intervention: strengthening and growth of SMEs, improvement of managerial skills and support for employment. In relation to the area aimed at strengthening and growing SMEs, the Training Plans will have to address the implementation of interventions on the following assets:

• organizational innovation;
• internationalization;
• strategic alliances;
• credit and finance.

The beneficiaries and recipients of the interventions differ according to the areas of intervention. The training plans of the first area and second area of intervention are addressed to executives and co.co.pro. of Small and Medium Enterprises (according to the community definition), with an opening only for the second area to Large Enterprises with up to 20 executives; those in the third area are instead addressed to involuntarily unemployed executives.

Companies interested in presenting their Shared Training Plans will be able to do so no later than 1.00 pm on 28 June 2013.
