The company, which boasts a new 2100 sqm production facility, a turnover of 10 million Euros (in 2016, equally divided between the domestic and international markets, thanks to a solid distribution network), and 48 employees, is undergoing yet another phase of strong expansion: in fact, in its 30th year of operation, it completes the opening of a branch in New Delhi, with the aim of consolidate and further increase its business activities in a market where it has been actively present since 2003. The new company, officially established in August 2017 and named Mecvel Technologies Pvt. Ltd., will have to perform operations of crucial importance, including providing a increasingly competent and consistent support to companies with which a collaboration has already been initiated, up to extend their business relationships throughout the Asian continent.

To pursue one's goals, the Bolognese company has availed itself of the support of Octagona Ltd., a national benchmark for the provision of services of international business in India (thanks to an’15 years' experience and the presence of 3 direct locations located in New Delhi, Bangalore and Pune) and already an accredited supplier for the Ministry of Economic Development, for the Emilia-Romagna Region, and for the Lombardy Region for internationalization services.

This This was not the first operation carried out by Octagona concerning the Bologna-based company.. Mecvel, in fact, is followed for internationalization activities in India since 2013, from the moment he decided to approach the market in a more structured way, meaning through direct presence on the ground: a strategic and gradual path lasting several years, during which Octagona was always alongside Mecvel.
