Fiori Group Spa is an Italian company founded in 1942, headquartered in Finale Emilia, MO, and a world leader in the production and development of self-loading concrete mixers (SLMs), dump trucks for the construction industry and silos.

Already present abroad with direct offices in Singapore, Brazil and a distribution network in more than 60 countries, the Group continues to expand its sales network in India, a country that represents a major growth opportunity for the company.

Objectives:

Activate a direct presence in order to market the company's products and, later develop possible local production;
Receive ongoing assistance from a corporate, administrative and tax perspective.

Strategy and Action

Al fine di supportare Fiori Group nella creazione di una subsidiary in India, Octagona (tramite il suo team di esperti di tassazione, legali e di gestione strategica) ha fornito il supporto necessario in termini di consulenza da un punto di vista completo che copre gli aspetti fiscali, legali e di gestione aziendale. Il percorso è stato strutturato nel seguente modo:
