Sole 24 Ore business school relies on Octagona for lecturing

Octagona lectures will focus on internationalization and export management.

A new prestigious partnership for Octagona, this time with the 24 Hours Group Business School, which stands as a major landmark in the professional development and training landscape.
The Business School of the 24 Ore Group, based on Octagona's direct and concrete experience (more than ten years) in the field of business internationalization and on the basis of its various collaborations and lectures carried out so far for training institutions and universities, has decided to entrust it with the carrying out of some lectures within the 5th edition of the Full Time Master “Export Management and International Project Development“.

This is an important partnership: the common goal is for participants to understand how to implement successful projects in international markets, thanks to a simple and practical approach, set on the execution of operational activities that occurred in the field.

Specifically, the lectures by Alessandro Fichera (Senior Partner at Octagona), scheduled for July 2 and 3 in Rome, will fall under the module “International Scenarios and Development Strategies in Foreign Markets” and will focus on:

  • internationalization processes;
  • Ways of entering foreign markets;
  • Product positioning and internationalization projects;
  • Organization and functions of an export office;
  • characteristics, requirements and role of an export manager.
