The CONneSSI 2025 Call from the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi supports SMEs in designing and implementing digital marketing initiatives for internationalization. It also aims to enhance business skills in digital export and artificial intelligence, in order to present themselves better to foreign customers.
The call funds three types of investment: the development of international digital marketing strategies, the optimization of the company’s online presence in foreign markets, and the improvement of visibility on social networks to attract international customers. The contribution covers 60% of the eligible expenses related to these activities.
The grant contribution is equal to 60% of the eligible expenses, up to a maximum of 10,000 euros. To access the incentive, the company must make a minimum investment of 4,000 euros. Since it is a grant, the contribution amount must not be reimbursed by the beneficiary company.
Only SMEs with a registered office or local unit registered in the Companies Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi can participate. They must have an active website or e-commerce in at least one language other than Italian, with a domain registered before July 1, 2024, and an active presence on an international marketplace or on corporate social media pages.
For the CONneSSI 2025 Call, active presence on at least one of two channels is required: an enterprise or product page on an international marketplace, or corporate social media pages. The social media channels indicated include Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This is an additional requirement compared to the multilingual website.
Applications for the CONneSSI 2025 Call for Proposals are accepted from 09:00 on February 6, 2025, until 14:00 on April 14, 2025. The opening remains valid only as long as funds are available; therefore, the call for proposals may close before the deadline. It is advisable to prepare the documentation in advance.
