Beginning May 13 and ending July 19, 2019, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with operational headquarters in Emilia-Romagna will be able to apply for the disbursed by the region, which has made available 3.000.000 € to finance participation in international trade fairs and export consulting services. The evaluation procedure will be over-the-counter and will remain open until resources are exhausted.

THE MAIN FEATURES

1. Projects submitted should include. necessarily:

• the Participation as exhibitors in at least 3 trade fairs abroad (or 2 fairs and 1 promotional event) with international or national qualification;
• At least 1 of the following external consulting services aimed at: obtaining export certifications; get the trademark registration In a foreign market; research potential customers or distributors and assist the enterprise in the realization of the meetings during the fairs.

2. The contribution regional will be at non-repayable fund and will cover the 30% of eligible expenses up to a maximum of €30,000 (120,000 € in the case of Enterprise Networks).

3. Eligible expenses, which refer to activities carried out between 01/01/2020 and 31/12/2020 are:

• cost of the exhibition area;
• Expenses for booth design, set-up and operation;
• expenses of consulting in the search for business or industrial partners, agents, buyers, and in the organization of business meetings Within the exhibition context;
• expenses of consulting for obtaining certifications for export and for the trademark protection in the markets where the exhibition or promotional events will be held.
