Lombardy Region E-commerce Announcement

BENEFICIARIES: Micro, small or medium enterprise With operational headquarters in Lombardy.

ELIGIBLE PROJECTS:
Companies will be able to submit projects related to opening and/or consolidating a trade channel for the export of their products through access to specialized services for b2b and/or b2c online sales:
provided by third parties, whether retailers, marketplaces, or private sales services, provided that the business transaction is between the company and the end buyer; carried out within the proprietary corporate portal.
Upon completion of the planned activities, projects should have demonstrated the start of online sales activity unless the company, in the project description phase, is able to demonstrate that the type of products and/or market
reference make it impossible or inconvenient to conduct business transactions online.
In the latter case, the e-commerce portal should at least allow the possibility of requesting a quote or purchase order.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
The following items of expenditure are eligible for support:
a) Access to online sales services On the chosen channels;
b) Feasibility analysis of the project, with particular reference to the needs for administrative, organizational, training, logistical adjustment, and acquisition of tools and services;
c) Organization of specific training interventions staff
(up to a maximum limit of 20% of the sum of the remaining expenditure items);
d) Acquisition and use of forms of smart payment;
(e) Implementation of a communication strategy, information and promotion for the digital export channel,
with specific reference to the product portfolio, foreign markets and online sales sites chosen;
f) Design, development and/or maintenance of e-commerce systems owners (sites and/or mobile apps)
including synchronization with marketplace channels provided by third parties;
g) Design, development and/or maintenance of AR Business platforms commerce, e.g., holographic 3D simulators that allow you to visualize environments (e.g., to show your company: technological equipment, fleet of machines...) services, processes and products (displaying technical data of interest,
examples of work done, etc.);
h) Support for the positioning Of the offering on the chosen digital commercial channels to the selected foreign markets;
(i) Automation of the operations of transferring, updating and managing articles to and from the Web (API - Application Programming Interface);
j) Fitting between the operational capabilities of the digital sales channel chosen and their CRM systems;
k) Trademark protection and/or registration and/or items included in the product portfolio in the chosen target markets;
l) Digital marketing campaign and promotion activities on digital channels (up to a maximum limit of 20% of the sum of the remaining expenditure items).

Each applicant may submit only one application.
Expenditures incurred and receipted on or after June 23, 2020, and no later than March 31, 2021, are eligible.
