Almac Srl strengthens its business in Australia: established branch in Sydney thanks to Octagona

A country that knows no crisis, believed by many companies to be the market of dreams. This is the case with the’Australia, whose economy has been growing uninterruptedly for no less than 27 years, with an average development rate of around 3.2% from as far back as 1991 to the present. Economic relations between Italy and Australia are very positive: In 2017, trade interchange almost reached 4.5 billion euros, with the balance clearly in favor of our exports (3.9 billion); however, although Italy is now Australia's 11th largest supplier, many among our companies consider it a market that is too distant, almost unattainable.

Almac Srl, a young and ambitious company from Mantua, is certainly not among them. founded in 2013, specializing in the design and manufacture of compact crawler lifts. The Lombard company, already present in Australia through a local distribution network, is now a important benchmark of the industry and is going through a phase of expansion: the 4500-square-meter production plant, a turnover of more than 10 million euros, the presence of 32 employees and the strong vocation and openness to international markets represent the main characteristics of the company.

Almac, just with a view to consolidating its position, decided to start a process of corporate incorporation: the new branch opened in Sydney, Almac Pacific Pty. Ltd., will aim to Follow up in a direct way on relationships with its customers, providing them with direct and constant support. The presidium will also enable the Mantua-based company to expand its reach to the Asian continent.
