The figure of the export manager will assume an increasingly important role over the next few years. In today's economic environment, companies necessarily need to sell abroad and being able to rely on professionals who can activate winning export projects becomes a prerequisite; if we add to this the fact that the’made in Italy export is going through a positive phase, it is well understood how the role of the export manager will become increasingly relevant.

Just with the aim of supporting companies, We export organized an Advanced Training Course in Export Management, through which it aims to provide the tools and skills needed to specialize in export management. The course is aimed at all those who want to learn more about export and internationalization (Export Managers, Sales and Foreign Office Managers, entrepreneurs, etc.) in order to lead successful projects and help companies sell abroad.

The course will be developed in 3 modules from the theoretical and practical character and will take place in Turin, on November 23, 24 and 25 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

Specifically, Enrico Perego, Senior Partner of Octagona, in collaboration with Bonucchi and Associates, will take care of of the conduct of the module scheduled for Nov. 24 and dedicated to deepening the role of the export manager and to analyze the Southeast Asian markets (an area in which Octagona has a presence through its own offices and strategic partnerships). Following are the topics that will be covered during the lecture:

• Export manager: role and functions;
• Unconventional foreign market research and the search for counterparts abroad;
• Low-budget international marketing;
• Web marketing for internationalization;
• Cross culture;
• Business Focus: Southeast Asia.

The cost of participation to the training course, which is limited in number and involves a selection process based on the applications for admission and CVs submitted, is to 750 Euro + VAT. It is also possible to participate in single training days (250 euros + VAT).
