The skills required of a successful E-commerce Manager include extensive experience in the field of business administration, a planning and design-oriented mentality, and an in-depth knowledge of all those strategies aimed at increasing sales. 

It is important to have an in-depth knowledge of the products and their area of reference, as well as having strong communication skills and knowing how to work profitably within a team.

In fact, being able to count on effective relationships in all sectors related to sales, including commercial partners, represents a key factor for commercial success.

A further aspect that contributes to the success of an E-commerce Manager is his willingness to adapt his work based on market changes; a constantly evolving market, increasingly global and at the same time increasingly digital.

In fact, a change in Google's algorithm may be enough to completely change the position of an online store, just as new competitors can appear at any time.
