This year again, as was done in 2020 and 2021, Octagona will hold a lecture on business internationalization at CIS, specifically for the International Management course. The course lecturer will be Alessandro Fichera, Managing Director of Octagona, in a series of meetings that will begin on Tuesday, November 29, and end on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
The training days will focus on highly topical issues: in today's international context, to compete with companies worldwide and secure foreign markets, companies need planning ability, business strategy, and analytical skills. The course will focus precisely on these topics and in particular on the following aspects:
- November 29, 2022: Business Strategy and Business Model Canvas;
- December 1, 2022Internationalization Radar and Target Country Identification;
- December 6, 2022: International Marketing, Value Creation and Digital Export;
- December 7, 2022: Entry Strategies and economic aspects related to foreign development;
- December 13, 2022: The Business Plan;
- December 15, 2022: Export Plan.
