Lecturing on business internationalization CIS

Octagona will hold a series of lectures on business internationalization at CIS, from Nov. 29, 2022 to Dec. 15, 2022. Find out the full schedule of lectures for the International Management course.

Again this year, as it did in 2020 and 2021, Octagona will hold a lectureship on business internationalization at CIS, specifically for the International Management course. Lecturer of the course will be Alessandro Fichera, Managing Director of Octagona, in a series of meetings starting on Tuesday, November 29, and ending on Thursday, December 15, 2022.

The training days will focus on highly topical issues: in today's international environment, competing with companies around the world and presiding over foreign markets requires planning skills, business strategy and analytical skills. The course will focus on precisely these issues and in particular on the following aspects:

November 29, 2022: Business Strategy and Business Model Canvas;
December 1, 2022: Radar of Internationalization and Identification of Target Countries;
December 6, 2022: International Marketing, Value Creation and Digital Export;
December 7, 2022: Entry Strategies and economic aspects related to foreign development;
December 13, 2022: The Business Plan;
December 15, 2022: Export Plan.
