New call for applications published by Fondirigenti “G.Taliercio. The body promoted by Confindustria and Federmanager, in order to support the development of a managerial culture and increase the competitiveness of companies, indeed, it published the notice NOTICE 1/2013, aimed at supporting and fostering the competitive and managerial growth of SMEs and promoting the employment of involuntarily unemployed managers.
The notice formalizes the experience of the 2012 “SME Project,” promoting the content and methods of intervention from that pilot program. On this occasion, the total financial allocation designated by Fondirigenti amounts to 16 million Euros.
The Fondirigenti call aims to encourage a funding method capable of guaranteeing a series of training interventions for small and medium-sized enterprises and supporting them in identifying the training offer that best meets their needs.
The call for proposals is divided into three areas of intervention: strengthening and growth of SMEs, enhancing managerial skills, and supporting employment. In relation to the area aimed at strengthening and growth of SMEs, the training plans must focus on implementing interventions on the following assets:
The beneficiaries and recipients of the interventions differ depending on the intervention areas. The training plans for the first and second intervention areas are aimed at managers and co-co-pros of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (according to the EU definition), with an option for the second area to include large companies with up to 20 managers. Those for the third area are instead aimed at involuntarily unemployed managers.
Companies interested in submitting their Shared Training Plans can do so no later than 1 p.m. on June 28, 2013.
