Enterprises, consortia for internationalization and business networks (formed by a minimum of 3 companies), having their registered office or operational headquarters in the Emilia-Romagna Region

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

It is possible to apply from From 9 a.m. on Feb. 3, 2020 until 5 p.m. on March 13. The evaluation procedure will be over-the-counter. 

THE FUNDED INTERVENTIONS

Eligible expenses for project implementation include:

• expenses for Products and services aimed at organizing events and of the promotion initiatives;
• the rental cost of the area used for the promotion initiative;
• the costs associated with the’area setup;
• the transport of materials and products;
• the cost of hostesses and interpreters;
• the cost for the production of promotional materials in English language to be carried out for the promotion of the initiative, (10% of the total project cost).

Activities include. exclusively the territory of the United Arab Emirates in conjunction with the event.

THE EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

The minimum project cost When submitting the application for funding shall be to:

• 15,000 Euro For projects submitted by enterprises single;
• 20.000 Euro for the business networks;
• 40,000 Euro for the consortia For internationalization.

The regional contribution will be granted on a non-repayable basis at maximum size of 50% of eligible expenses and will not be able to anyway surpass the value of:

• 30,000 Euro for individual enterprises;
• 50,000 Euro for the business networks;
• 80,000 Euro for the consortia.
