Incentives for Internationalization 2025 - Verona Chamber of Commerce

Summary

The Verona Chamber of Commerce's 2025 internationalization call supports SMEs and consortia in international trade. A maximum contribution of 13,000 euros is planned for women- and youth-led businesses, and expenses must be incurred between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. Applications can be submitted from June 9 to June 23, 2025, via the WebTelemaco platform.

It was approved by the Verona Chamber of Commerce the new chamber announcement to encourage the start-up and development of international trade.

Who can participate

  • MPMIs in single form, duly registered with the Verona Chamber of Commerce Business Register.
  • Aggregations (minimum 6 companies) in the form of business networks, ATI/ATS or consortia with registered office and/or local unit in the province of Verona.
  • Enterprises that have already obtained the “Internationalization 2024” grant (even if not yet disbursed) are not eligible.

 

Measures and amounts

Minimum eligible investment: € 5,000 (net of VAT).

Expenses must be documented and incurred between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026:

  1. TEM/DEM services: Temporary Export Manager and Digital Export Manager; induction of export manager on subordinate or collaborative contract.
  2. Product Certifications: obtaining or renewing for export and special channels (GDO, etc.).
  3. Exhibition spaces: rental, participation fee, set-up, interpretation, hostess, transportation and insurance of materials.

 

Priority criteria

Measure A (single): Ascending order of the allowed investment; enrollment in the Legality Rating.

Measure B (aggregate): decreasing number of members of the aggregation; increasing order of investment; registration in the Legality Rating (even of a single company).

 

How to apply

  1. Platform: WebTelemaco - E-Gov Services > Business Grants (http://webtelemaco.infocamere.it)
  2. Period: From 9:00 a.m. on June 9, 2025 to 4:00 p.m. on June 23, 2025
  3. Documents to be attached:

   - Digitally signed basic template

   - Detailed program of the initiative

   - Quotations/invoices made out to the enterprise or lead enterprise

   - In case of aggregation: project agreement or list of participating enterprises

   - Power of attorney, if any, and copy of ID of representative

  1. Mandatory PEC: single, for all subsequent communications
