Are you a Temporary Export Manager looking for training?

Starting internationalization and export activities abroad is becoming increasingly important. In the current economic context, Made in Italy exports are going through a decidedly positive phase and the demand for Italian products worldwide is growing: precisely for this reason companies need to sell abroad and to find new formulas to be able to activate an export project.

These definitely include the Temporary Export Manager, i.e., a dedicated manager who works as an external consultant, supports and assists the company in a foreign sales path, and is capable of managing export projects: this is a particularly important resource, since SMEs do not always have the resources available to them to internationalize and cannot always rely on in-house figures to handle the entire export process. Octagona, a company that has been operating for about fifteen years in internationalization by providing services for business growth abroad, Is able to support the growth of companies through the Smart Export Assistant, a tool developed specifically to support SMEs in their sales activities; Octagona, specifically, has also been Accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development for the provision of Temporary Export Management services under the call launched by MISE itself.

With the aim of supporting companies, the’ICE (Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian enterprises) has initiated A very ambitious project, the TEM Academy, by which he intends to Serve enterprises that want to sell to foreign markets: within that project, six Master's programs have already been launched – in contemporary to Bologna, Ancona, and Bari – with the aim of training 180 TEM, which can assist entrepreneurs in internationalization processes.

In this regard, ICE has entrusted Octagona the teaching moduleBusiness Plan and Management Control“addressed to a target of 20 professionals/managers (with about 3 years of consulting or corporate project collaboration experience), in relation to Master's degree to be held in Bologna: lectures will be held on December 18 and 19 and January 8 and 9, 2016, at the Confindustria Emilia Romagna (Barberia Street, 13).

  • Differences between internationalization and export;
