Lombardy region, vouchers for the internationalization of enterprises

The Lombardy Region has published the new internationalization voucher for enterprises. The announcement aims to promote the internationalization processes of Lombardy's Micro Small and Medium Enterprises. In this regard, the Lombardy Region mete internationalization vouchers available on a non-refundable basis: companies interested, thanks to the allocation of these vouchers, will thus be able to provide for the purchase from third parties of consulting services to support internationalization activities and participate in international missions and fairs abroad.

The total amount allocated by the Lombardy Region is €5,864,000 and the value of the voucher, depending on the type and geographical area of intervention, varies from a minimum of €1,200 to a maximum of €3,000.

There are three different types of vouchers for which you can apply:

• Voucher A: for the provision of internationalization consulting and support services;
• Voucher B: for participation in economic missions abroad in a coordinated form;
• Voucher C: for participation in international trade fairs abroad, individually or in aggregate.

All companies in Lombardy that fall within the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, according to EU regulations, that have their registered office and/or operational headquarters in a Lombardy province and are registered with the Business Registry of the Lombardy Chamber of Commerce are potential beneficiaries and can apply for the allocation of vouchers.

Applications for vouchers A can be submitted until noon on January 31, 2014; for vouchers B and C, for which the closing date is the same, the second window opened on May 22, for activities with a start date of June 30, 2013 and a closing date of October 9, 2013.
