Octagona and Bonfiglioli Consulting together to become Italy's first international consulting firm

Octagona, a consulting firm specializing in the implementation of internationalization processes, e Bonfiglioli Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in the Lean Thinking and Lean World Class® management approach, announce that they have signed an agreement for Bonfiglioli Consulting to acquire a 10% minority stake in Octagona. With this agreement, the resources shared at 80 professionals e the principals of the two companies in the world become nine: Carpi, Bologna, Milan, Padua (Italy), New Delhi, Bangalore (India), Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Belo Horizonte (Brazil).

It is a mutually beneficial agreement: Bonfiglioli Consulting, after having already embarked on a path of cross-border growth in 2008 with entry into the international consulting network Cordence Worldwide, Strengthens its position in international markets with the aim of further increasing its revenue from overseas markets, which currently accounts for 40% of the total; Octagona, for its part, increases the already significant national presence, also acquiring the know-how and experience of one of the few entirely Italian consulting firms, focused on the Lean Thinking managerial approach.
