Octagona talks about India in Ca’ Foscari's Igami master's program

Octagona's lectures within Master Igami the training course that offers a comprehensive view of Indian economic dynamics, will take place in two modules

Octagona again partners with Ca’ Foscari Challenge School to raise awareness of the potential of the Indian market: after having already carried out several lectures on the Subcontinent (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Bocconi Alumni Association, NIBI and ISPI, among others), Octagona has renewed its commitment also for this year with the prestigious School of Venice, dedicated to the delivery and management of University Master Courses. In this regard, Alessandro Fichera, Octagona's Senior Partner, will deliver the lectures related to the “Strategic Management India” and “Start-up” modules, which make up the Igami Master's Program.

The Indian market, after a period of slowdown experienced in recent years, has resumed sustained growth: The forecast for 2015 and the years to come is very interesting (It even foreshadows an overtaking of China) and the Subcontinent is once again attracting the attention of international investors. Octagona, which can count on more than a decade of experience in the field of business internationalization in India, having had a direct office in New Delhi since 2002, acts as a trait d'union between the Italian business fabric and the academic world as far as India is concerned, in order to make businesses and students understand how much our country can benefit from close ties with the Indian market.

Specifically, the first module will address a number of strategic issues for students who wish to get in touch with the Indian world and who want to learn about how to access that market; the second will offer guidelines regarding the correct ways to implement a start-up, giving participants the opportunity to compare notes with each other and work together, for the creation of successful projects.
