“Internationalization Strategies”: the Octagona module within the ICE Master's program.

Initiate activities of internationalization and of export becomes increasingly important. In the current economic environment, the’Made in Italy export goes through a positive phase e hunger for Italian products grows in the world: precisely for this reason, it is necessary to spread more and more strongly in Italy a culture related to internationalization, which enables companies to activate plans to be able to successfully sell abroad.

In this regard, l’ICE (Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian enterprises) organized the Master's degree in business internationalization CORCE Fausto De Franceschi, now in its 48th year; the aim of the Master's program is to Train experts in internationalization processes who, placed in manufacturing or service companies, will be responsible for business development in foreign markets.

ICE has entrusted Octagona with the teaching module “Strategies for Internationalization.”: specifically, Alexander Fichera, senior partner of Octagona, will carry out a Rome three lectures in the in the days April 20, 21 and 22, at ICE's Ettore Massacesi Training Center (21 Liszt Street).

Specifically, the entire module carried out by Octagona will be structured as follows:

• Introduction to internationalization;
• How to build a plan for growth in foreign markets;
• Corporate strategy and policy;
• Market selection: choice of variables and analysis model;
  
• Strategic and operational issues;
• Initiation of practical cases and exercises.
