Digital Export Announcement 2024-2025 Emilia Romagna - Unioncamere

The September 2, 2024 will be opened by Unioncamere Emilia Romagna and from the Emilia-Romagna region the Call for Digital Export 2024-2025; the initiative that aims to strengthen the capacity of regional micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to operate in international markets, thus helping to increase the competitiveness of the Emilia-Romagna production system.

Beneficiaries

The program is intended for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as defined in EU Regulation No. 651/2014. To be considered eligible, companies must have been registered with the Business Register by December 31, 2021. In addition, they must have their registered office or a local unit located in Emilia-Romagna, excluding warehouses and depots. Companies must also be in good standing with the payment of the Annual Fee to the Chamber of Commerce and with social security and insurance obligations. Finally, they must operate in sectors of economic activity classified in section C (manufacturing) of the ISTAT Ateco 2007 classification.

Eligible interventions

Projects aimed at the implementation of internationalization and promo-marketing paths by individual enterprises are eligible,  addressed to a maximum of 2 foreign countries (geographic areas are excluded) in at least 2 areas of activity among:

• The development of internal skills through the use in the enterprise of T.E.M./D.E.M. for a minimum duration of 4 months, corresponding to at least 25 full days
• the realization of B2B and B2C in-person or virtual remote meetings, in Italy or abroad, with operators from the target countries identified in the project
• the participation in trade fairs, existing events, specialized conferences of international character in presence or in digital mode
• the realization of Digital marketing activities through one or more digital channels: search engine positioning, digital advertising (including sponsorships during an event), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), D.E.M. (direct Email Marketing)
• The initiation and development of the management of business on line (BOL)
• the translation of corporate website content In the foreign language of the target country(ies).

Type of contribution

Five rankings will be made, one per Chamber of Commerce, until the relevant available resources are exhausted, according to the score assigned.

Facilities will be provided in the form of grants, which will have a maximum unit amount of 15,000.00 euros and a minimum of 5,000 euros, against a minimum total expenditure of 10,000 euros and a maximum of 30,000 euros.

The amount of relief is equal to the 50% of eligible expenses.

Submission deadlines

Projects should be started as of January 1, 2025 and must be completed by the date December 31, 2025.
