ICE relies on Octagona for teaching on preparing a business plan

Start internationalization and export activities is configured as essential process for our businesses. Just To support Italian enterprises Who want to open up to new markets, l’ICE (Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian enterprises) organizes, in collaboration with the Sardinia Autonomous Region, 5 free weekly appointments on foreign trade techniques, intended for manufacturing SMEs, cooperative enterprises, consortia and enterprise networks in Sardinia.

At end of the seminar series, which Will take place in Sassari from January 12 to February 10. at the headquarters of Confindustria North Central Sardinia (Villa Mimosa, 49 Alghero Street), is expected also A day of one-on-one support meetings with counselors engaged in teaching, for only those companies that have attended 4 out of 5 meetings.

In this regard, the ICE has entrusted to Octagona (company operating for 15 years in internationalization, accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development, the Emilia-Romagna Region, and the Lombardy Region for the provision of internationalization services) the “Business Plan Preparation” training module”, which will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2017 and it will be structured around the following themes:

  • Strategic planning tools;
  • Management accounting and budget construction;
  • Practical cases.

Following the training day, namely. on Friday, February 10, Alexander Fichera, managing director of Octagona, will hold B2B meetings with the participating companies Of about 20 minutes.
