How do you prepare a business plan? Octagona talks about it in the course organized by ICE

Precisely with this in mind, l’ICE (Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian enterprises) in collaboration with the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, has renewed again for this year the’training appointment “ICE Export Lab Sardinia, which aims to support Sardinian companies in their export processes. The course, aimed at a total of 50 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, consortia, business networks and formally established ATIs, has a duration of 9 months e takes place in the Cagliari and Sassari venues, consisting of three different phases: classroom training, shadowing and overseas incubation.

Also on the occasion of this edition, at Octagona (a company operating for 16 years in the field of internationalization, accredited by the Ministry of Economic Development For the provision of Temporary Export Management services. under the call launched by the MISE itself) Has been entrusted with teaching related to the Business Plan, which will take place in Sassari on March 8 and 9, at the headquarters of Confindustria Central-North Sardinia.

The lectures of Alexander Fichera, Managing Director of Octagona, will cover the following topics:

  • Differences between internationalization and export;
  • The concepts and value to consider when constructing a Business Plan;
  • Market selection: choice of variables and analysis model;
  • Business models and operational activities in the export field;
  • The Business Plan: Why is it needed? How to structure it?
  • Initiation of a practical case.
